Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.

Return Period

You may return eligible products within 14 days after delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition.
Products should include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging where possible.
Proof of purchase is required.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Customized or personalized products.
Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Digital content delivered electronically after download has begun with customer consent.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process the refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
